Privacy Policy:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy:
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Sedan, SUV and Van reservations must be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the requested reservation time or the total charge will be billed for the trip. Mini Coaches and Motor Coaches require a cancellation notice of 72 hours to avoid any charges. Stretch Limousines require a 50%, non-refundable deposit, and a cancellation notice of 72 hours to avoid any further charges.

NO SHOWS:
Passengers are encouraged to call 904.525.8600 if they are unable to locate their Chauffeur. Passengers that leave the pickup location without notifying East Coast Transportation will be billed the total reservation charge.

WAITING TIME:
All “Transfers”, other than airport arrivals, are subject to billable waiting time (in 15 minute increments) at the standard hourly rate starting 15 minutes after the requested reservation time.

CLEAN UP FEE:
Any passenger who excessively soils the vehicle or vomits in the vehicle will be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $250 which will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
