Corporate Travel

East Coast Transportation offers our corporate clients the comfort and convenience of private, non-stop service to and from your destination. Additionally, airline flights are monitored real time eliminating the need to call our office to update your flight status. You also will never incur an extra fee for your delayed flight arrival. All vehicles are stocked with bottled water and a local newspaper for your added comfort. As an additional convenience to our corporate guests, East Coast offers online reservations and billing with email confirmations and email receipts. Additionally, qualified clients have the ability to create corporate direct bill accounts. Your corporate account enables us to provide faster service when booking reservations by storing all of your recurring information in our corporate database. Our reservations agents are available 24 hours a day for last minute changes to manifests or flight adjustments.

East Coast Transportation is the exclusive transportation provider for several resort properties and can service all resort properties in the North Florida and South Georgia regions. We are experts in group transportation management and destination services, coordinating all aspects of transportation and offsite activities associated with corporate meetings and convention groups of all sizes.

We offer a full compliment of transportation services ranging from: Airport Transfers, Airport "Meet & Greet", Hotel Departure Reps", VIP Services, Charter Vehicles, Convention Shuttles, Restaurant Dine-Arounds, Sight-Seeing Tours, Sailing & Fishing Charters, etc. Additionally, you can choose from a wide variety of new and late model vehicles such as: Luxury Sedans and SUV's, Stretch Limousines, Executive Vans, as well as Minibuses and Motorcoaches.
